Hey,I pulled the ICV out tongiht and completely pulled it apart and cleaned it off found a litle rust and some sort of blue oxidation so I cleaned it all off and putit back together and put it in and started the cra and it barely started then died...I was thinking greta i made it worse...so i tried starting ti again and it idled real low then I rmembered about the throttle screw so I readjuted it and nwo it runs perfect no bounce at all in idle we will see hwo it starts being dead cold tomorrow mornign thanks a for all your input Jim!
