960 Engine Mount 900 1997

Hello I was doing another late night under the car inspection of my new purchase 960. I was addressing the TSB power steering pressure hose that calls for the relocation of this hose away from the drivers engine mount bolt and to be placed on crossmember instead. I found this. Yes a missing nut on the outboard front bolt. This was duplicated on the passenger side as well.

I bought this with 97K and the car is very clean. I don't have any maintenance records except dealer stamps up to 36K in the manual. What does this tell me? Is there any engine twisting going on here? What else should I look for after seeing this. Has anyone done this TSB #664907? As you can see in the right of the picture there is the naked bolt. Not many threads there for the nut. Any comments would be appreciated as I do my detective work to ascertain what lie ahead for maintenance or repair.

Thanks
