Which are the key vacuum points i should be checking? for these symptoms 200

I have been having the 240 Wagon die on me sometimes at stops, while holding the brakes in the little girl will stall out to nothing....and then while idling she will bounce from 200-800 rpms, even when warmed up. I have noticed a stumble also when holding 5th gear on the highway at 1500 rpms too. These all may not be related at all, but i wanted to get out all the info i have so that maybe someone will chime in..Could this also be a cracked intake hose after Air sensor?

Here is the list of things I have replaced and worked on in the last 2 months so you can see:

Intake manifold cleaning/gasket replacement
Fuel injector seals (one FI was replaced, broke the tip off, had diff. colored top though)
The Oil trap box cleaned, flame trap replaced and line extended so that I could reach flame trap in future.
Disty Cap and rotor
Spark plug wires and plugs
Brake master cylinder
Line from brake booster to intake manifold (valve good on booster)
Oil, filter
Air filter
Fuel filter
Checked codes underhood, none found or reported
Head to firewall heater hoses
Thermostat/Gasket
Cleaned T/B (found blocked vacuum ports)and new gasket
Cleaned all hoses running from intake manifold
Motor Mounts/Tranny mount (nothing really to do with anything)

Might be more that I cant think of, this is the general idea though. Can the IAC be cleaned at all? Should I just use water mist to spray around for vacuum leaks in the intake tubing and local vacuum hoses?

I really do appreciate all the help EVER given here...I do my own work and want to become another knowledgable Brick Owner...
