Amazon insurance 120-130

In the process of completely re$toring my '68 Amazon from the ground up. Will eventually have to deal with the insurance company before I drive it on the road, don't know if I should go the "classic car insurance" route or go with a regular policy. Curious how others have gone about insuring their vehicles (mainly the cars that have had complete restorations).

Unfortunately, I won't have a garage to keep the car in, and I was hoping to use the vehicle as my daily driver. Will those 2 facts prevent me from receiving any classic car insurance policy? Any feedback appreciated, and yes, I already read the article at v-classics concerning classic car insurance....
