I am trying to debug my recently acquired 88 745.
My first obstacle is the leaky sunroof. I have checked and cleaned the front drains but they are not the culprit it is the rear drains. There is no way it could be that easy. My question is do they drain behind the rear doors or behind the tires.
My second question pertains to the seat tilt mechanism. It will not latch and as a result the seat rocks back and forth making dangerous to drive.
Third question. Is the 3rd seat safe? It would seem that the cargo area would be part of the crumple zone.
