240 Speakers 200 1990

I just purchased some 4 inch speakers from Best Buy and decided it'd be best to get them installed on my own. Just, I have no idea how to remove the factory speakers on the bloody car. Anyone have any ideas on how to remove the speakers from front and back doors?
