Mobil Blended Detergent Oil- What does this do? 200 1990

I was in the store the other day and I saw this Blended Mobil Brand Oil that had "23% more additives" that helps remove deposits. It was called Cleaning Oil or something. I also read on the brickboard that using plain synthetic oil will remove varnish and buildup. If I want to do my 245K engine some good should I try these products. I have used Castrol traditional GTX forever.
