After 4 months of shopping I finally have my first Volvo -- a 1992 240 with 156K. I already love it . . . . from the solid brick-like feel it imparts to the driver to the quizzical looks I see on the faces of some oncoming drivers ("It's one of those funny looking old things . . . ") The car appeals to the curmuddgeon in me. I feel like I'm putting a stick in the eye of Detroit ("Buy 'em for too much use 'em for two years then throw 'em away and buy a new one") every time I look at it. End of rant . . .

A question: Are there recommendations from owners here about which is the best after-market service manual for the 240?
