Value of 1983 245T 200

I have a 245T I am considering selling to finance another 240 project. Anybody have an idea what I could expect? I've only been on the buyer side up until now.
White 1983 245T 180,000 miles
Body-average, two dents in two doors, no rust however except for a small amount on the lift gate.
All original, auto transmission, Transmission shifts fine but is slow to warm up due to a weak convertor.
Interior is the blue cloth, faded but no cuts or cigarette burns. This year model has a very durable upholstery.
A/C does not work due to a leak but heat and blower does work.
Front seats have been rebuilt, so sit high and firm.
Virgo Trubo wheels are good mechanically but need a repaint. Tires are poor.
I have the complete intercooler setup to install but never got around to it.
This car runs well, I was driving it up to last summer when I didn't want to put a convertor on it to pass emissions testing. I drove it 80 mph for 200 miles to where it is stored now. I have started and drove it a little since every couple of months.
It will need a new engine wire harness but does work for now.
Any ideas?

I also own a 1982 242TI, 1980GT, and 1987 745TI so know these cars well.
