Transmission Slipping 900 1995

Transmission feels like it's slipping when accelerating from a standstill. It helps a bit if I shift into 3rd. After gaining some momentum it improves and then normalizes. I had the trans fluid flushed out with regular fluid approx. 30k miles ago.

Any ideas where to start?
