i've been a mechanic for a long time and have never heard, or told, that story. here are the fuses:
1-lighter, t/gate wiper/washer, power mirrors, radio, ant.
2-wiper/washers/horn
3-blower motor
4-seat belt warning/key buzzer
5-feed pump
6-brake lights
7-main fuel pump
8-dome/glove box/trunk/underhood lights/clock
9-4way flashers
10-spare(empty)
11-overdrive/rear defrost
12-back up lights/ac/relay pow wind/seat heater(more ha)
13-inst cluster/turn sigals/seat belt warning/realy, f inj
14-spare(empty)
15-l park/tail light/tag lights
16-r park/tail light/inst/console lights/headlight on buzzer
