Monday is Emissions Test number 3 200

After failing 2nd emissions test for slighlty high NOX have uncovered 3 additional air leaks. The accordian hose, intake manifold gasket on bottom and oil filler cap. Also changed the fuel injector seals and throttle body gasket. The exhaust seems to have more water vapor in it now. Hopefully the OX in the NOX combined with H to form H20. Still get a 2-3-1 fail code. ( compensating for rich or lean mixture at cruise) Any ideas on this fail code? If the old brick passes she'll either get IPD sways a turbo sway or a new fuel sending unit as a reward.
