Selling my 240 200

Hi, I'm selling my 1984 240 and would like it to go to a good Volvo home. It has 140,000 miles, a blown head gasket, a loose wire in the main wiring harness and fourth gear doesn't work although it has power all the way to the OD switch under the car. The mechanic says $1200 to make it a solid car again but I don't have the time to work on it myself and can't spend the money on it right now.
