Tokicos or bilsteins??? 700

Has anyone had experience with Tokico hp Blue shocks or Bilsteins for a 745t? There is frequently offered on ebay complete sets but I don't know if they're any good. I'm not sure which model of Bilsteins the seller is offering- I know there is an economy set but I haven't got a reply from the seller. For $189 they're probably the economies. Any experience with these? Are they good? Thanks,
