Water pumps - different models, different blocks 200

This is not a question, just an observation that might be useful.
I discovered by chance yesterday that water pumps are not all interchangeable between models.
I got mine off - beginning to leak, and I had some free time to do the job, and had a known low-mileage replacement in my stock of bits. The I found it wouldn't fit. I had always assumed that the engine blocks and accessories were identical for all the 240 range, but not so.
B200 and B230 have the same pump, but the B21 is different. The stud positions are different.

I'd been carrying the 'spare' around for some time, just in case I was forced to replace it by the roadside.

Are there any other bits that superficially look the same, but aren't?
