Sorry - but all I can see are the negatives to this modification. You are introducing more leak points (connections) and will be running oil under pressure through hoses close to the exhaust manifold. And there will be some residual old oil left in the lines and adapters at each oil change. And it won't be a cheap project if you use quality parts.

You might consider my approach which works OK on our 3 red blocks dating back over 21 yrs. (1) Oil filter strap wrench (NAPA, etc) $3.99. (2) leather gardening gloves (ACE hardware, etc. $2.49. No burns, no scratches, no problems, especially if you let things cool down a while. Draining the pan is the only part of a change that needs to be done hot.

...and the gloves work great in the garden, too.
