Smoking at idle. 120-130

After the engine B18 high compression) is warm and it’s idling, most typically at a light after getting off the freeway, I notice that the car is expelling a blue smoke. It’s oil smoke I’m nearly sure. I check the rear view once and a while on the freeway, but never notice any kind of blue cloud behind me.
The oil level is down now and then so I know something, besides an oil leak from either the gas pump spacer or the oil pan gasket, is going on.
The blue smoke could indicate, what, worn valve seals? Worn rings?
The compression is good and it runs and idles smooth.
Any speculations on a cause and/or remedy?
Thanks.
