15' steel rims for 240 with small hub-caps? 200

my 86 240 wagon has 15" black steel rims on it with dog-dish style center caps. One of the rims is in bad shape.

the rims are painted black and have round cut-outs but in a circular pattern, but the cut-out pattern has "gaps" in it (larger spacing between the cutouts in a couple of spots). the number stamped in them is KFZ AR-0868 1245lbs max 29-00.
the hub caps measure 8 1/2" across.

I went to the junkyard to get another one to replace it, but they couldn't help me because they said my car should have 14's (I'm aware of this). They couldn't help find me one, so I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify what's on there?
