Heater output for driver's feet 200 1986

The heater has a nice swiveling output spout for the driver's side. The output pipe came off up under the dash. Seems the mount has not enough material left to reattach that 2.5" plastic pipe - - it's been on and off and mis-mounted too many times - - very little material left left. Anyone found a good remedy for this? Thanx floribunda New Jersey
