Fault Codes 700 1989

Received following fault codes:
socket 2 : 3-1-1 O2 sensor?
2-1-2 Speedo/RPM sensor?
Recieved these codes once last year, cleared them and everything was fine...nothing to them?

socket 6: 2-2-4 Coolant temp. sensor. Replaced 3 months ago, checked wiring, everything looks fine. Could it have gone bad in this time?

While I have some electrical problems from headlights, possible grounding issue, the only mechanical problem is that after high-speed highway driving the idle is at 1500 rpm. During start up and city driving idle is 750 rpm. Can this high idle be linked to Engine coolant temp sensor?

I will reset all codes and see if they return. If so, does anyone have any suggestions? As always, your time, knowledge and assitance is appreciated.
