Injectors not firing. 200 1983

I just swapped engines in an '83 244. Both engine harnesses were crumbling (no surprise) so the new engine got a new wiring harness. I have spark to the plugs, fuel to the injectors... Relays are clicking and the engine turns over. Wires from the electronic spark control to the distributor are showing 12V and ~4.2V and 0V. But the plugs are dry as a bone and I don't think the injectors are firing.

I know that both engines ran before the swap, but it has been sitting (out of the Seattle weather, but not in a heated location) for 5 or 6 months.

There is a sensor (I think) that does not have a connector. It is just up from the alternator and looks like an oil pressure sender, but could it be a knock sensor or something else? It looks like it needs a wire with a "boot".

Before I buy a new Electronic Control unit (Bosch... right kickpanel), I'm wondering if anyone has a suggestion or 2.

Thanks.
