I am going to get this 240 tuned! amm and adjustment screw

well, the o2 sensor is within range .4 - .8 with an occasional 9 or 1. thrown in. base idle is set, iac and throttle body is cleaned, tps is set. Idle is pretty smooth.
I just cannot get the test probe to fluxuate unless I pull a vacumn line.
I figure its either the temp sensor or the fuel pressure regulator
too late on the screw, been screwed with! lol
