If you don't find any wires that where damaged you may need to take the panel off the drivers door and take a look around the main window controls. One day out of the blue all my windows stopped working. It didn't take long to find the problem once I started poking around... easy fix!

Good luck, sorry to read about your cd player getting stolen.
