Rear axle oil -- fluid change 200

I want to do the rear axle as part of my "zero" mile.

1) Capacity : owner's manual says either 1.3 or 1.6 liters. How do I know which rear axle I have, 1030 or 1031? Can I find out before I crawl under.

2) Jack stands : Where do I place the jack stands?

3)Oil : API GL-5, SAE 90 or 80W / 90.
Any recommandations for brand ? Should I go with 90 or 80 W / 90 ?

Thanks.
