Electric antenna wiring??? door locks 700

Hi folks!
1. Got my door locks fixed finally.

As it turned out, the door switch was good, the timer relay was good BUT, all 4 lock motors were bad. Took several trips to the junk yard to get all the right door lock assemblies. The early style will work for the trunk latch, but the windows will hit the early style actuators, even if you can rig them in place.

Now! On to the power antenna.
I will have to replace the mast as it is broken (IPD has them $26.00) In checking out the wiring at the trunk, I see that I have one wire hot (+) and one that is just there. I'm assuming that the "blank" wire is coming from the switch mounted on the dash and that that switch is powered by the blue lead on the radio. Too bad I did not hook it up when I installed the radio!

Is that correct? what makes the motor reverse?
