water underneath the carpet 200

hi,

i was cleaning out my car over the weekend and noticed when i removed the mats that there was water, rather the carpet was wet on the passenger side and in the back.

the weather has been dry, and the top of the mats were not wet, just the carpet beneath them..ideas as to what it is, anythign to fix, is it harmful?
