Spark étiquette -- any tips? 200

1) Torque
I do'nt have a torque wrench. Can I just place the spark plug all the way by hand and when I can't go no further, use my spark wrench and go 1/2 turn? 1/4 turn? How much further should I go?

2) Oil on the thread
Is it Ok to put a little oil on the thread so it is easier to take out next time around? Remember reading somewhere that anti-seize should not be applied on spark threads... What about applying some PB Blaster on old plugs that are hard to remove, is that Ok ?

3) Owner's manual calls for Bosch WR7DC (or equivalent)
There are other plugs such as Bosch Platinum (more expensive) that fits also. What are the effects of these plugs on performance? Worth the money or a wasted money? What about on gas mileage, any differences?

4) Any other sprak "tips" ?

Many thanks.
