'Bulb Out' Dash Light Won't Go Out 200

"Bulb Out" light is on and all the lights work.?.? I cleaned all the rear sockets, bulbs, contacts, grounds, and connections. I wiggled the connections on the back of the instrument cluster. I wiggled the headlight wiring. I checked all the fuses for continuity. I made sure the connections on the bulb failure sensor under the dash are seated firmly. Light still on. All the lights work. I guess I'll start on the front grounds tomorrow. Hopefully someone will have an idea to help me track this. Thanks.
