possible causes for draining a 245 battery 200

Hello,
My battery is being drained overnight.
I've been through 2 brand new batteries over the last 3 weeks. I've ruled out an alternator problem because the car will run all day and all night after a jump start.
The problem is something is draining the battery while it sits for more than 5 hours.
I've checked all of the obvoius light switches and I can't find the root of the problem.
If someone would suggest a list of possible items that could be left on when the car is off, I would be very grateful.
Thanks
