misfire or stumbling engine? long post 200

hi there again. okay im no mechanic i can replace most anything but can not figure out problem with my motor and i pretty much am giving up. 1986 240 b230.a.w. 70. the motor is acting like it is running perfect then at idle drops and comes back in a split second. never stalls. or while crusing it happens. it happens less while at crusing, or a stoplight in gear, than idleing in neutral or park, im getting 22 mpg city. it is intermittent. i have been part swapping from my (87 245 running great) i swapped these parts not nec(ass)arily in this order. t.p.s., I.C.V, distributor, fuel inj computer, ignition computer, coil, air mass meter, and also did this= new fuel filter, new fuel pressure regulator, new plugs ngk, new wires bouicord, new rotor bosch, new cap bosch, removed, cleaned throttle body, checked vacume leaks that i know of i cut off ends of hose and put back on, did not check ones for servos, ill do that in a.m., cleaned lots of grounds and all sensor connections known, and used dielectric grease, cleaned alot of + wires, installed new main fuse holder and fuse the waterproof kind and soldered connections, cleaned batt posts, checked batt voltage, set timing, timing belt 11,000 miles old. per bentleys set t.p.s., butterfly valve, base idle, throttle cable, throttle body screw with 8mm bolt, put hose in gas tank and listened pump sounds constant, also when i bought car it had new ecu wiring harness. can barely use my digital multi meter. and dont have equiptment to test fuel presure. thats all i can think of. i promise not to post about this anymore.
