Rear bushings 200

Just had the car up on a lift and noticed that the rear bushings- torque rod and the other bushings ? panrod? were all toast. Tabs were done 2 yrs ago and look fine. Need any special presses to get these bushings out or is it pretty straight forward. Are fcp grotn bushings ok or should I go dealer? I get a 20% discount because I am taking a mechanics class at a local tech school. Any help is appreciated. Will replacing these bushings raise up the rear of my wagon at all? New Ipd springs didnt help. Thanks Phil
