Timing Mark B230F Engine 700 1990

If you turn the front pulley by hand, you'll notice a definite "easy" spot as you pass top dead centre. Try to zero in on that point and check whether the pointer is aligned with the correct mark. If it is not, you'll know that the outer pulley has shifted and you cannot use the old mark but you CAN use this position to reset your camshaft. You may have to spin the crank one more full turn to get the cam sprocket mark to the top and find that sweet spot again.
