Hi, all. I'm posting this in hopes that you might keep me in mind....
I'm in the process of restoring a '75 (with original leather, not vinyl, upholstery) that I recently bought -- the leather in this nearly 30 year old car is, not surprisingly, split and beyond restoration. I would like to replace all the seats, front and rear, with cloth, and preferrably with those of the '86-on style seats. The color I need is a light brown.
If any fellow brickster is parting out a car, I'd appreciate a chance to make an offer on the seats.
The only catch (there's always one, isn't there :-) is that it has to be around N.J. (or close by in N.Y. or PA), so I can come and pick them up instead of paying hundreds in shipping costs.
If you ever are thinking of parting out seats, or know someone else doing this, with good seats, please keep this in mind.
