Not a terrible job IF you use the bushing puller tool.
It's been discussed on here quite a lot though not recently.
Don't need to remove the transmission from the car or the tailshaft housing from the trans to use the tool.
Replace both the seal and the bushing at the same time, and inspect the outside of the yoke or drive plate on the tailshaft for wear on the OD.
