How much is required to make the 80-85, 4 square beam headlamps fit an 86? 200

You can convert to 7" round sealed beams or H4s pretty easily. Go
to a Volvo _Truck_ dealer and ask for part # 8026546. This adapter
was used to fit (cheaper) round lights to Volvo tractor trailers
that came from the factory with rectangular lights almost identical
to those on the post-86 240 series. Daniel Stern, the lighting
guy, claims that it fits later 240s with no modifications.
