I have an 85 240, still need to check the engine specs, I'm contemplating attacking the ac as my next project. Unfortunately someone has been in there prior, the compressor is disconnected, no belts, and the power steering is misalinged to the point it has cut the the timming belt cover, it runs fine for now, just been waiting for warmer weather to address it. So aside from new bushings in the PS pump what might I encounter with the ac? Should I buy a rebuild kit and cross my fingers? Or are there rebuilds out there? Thanks
