Engine Stops after going over large bump in road 200 1993

Hi: I have a 1993 240 Wagon. 177,000 miles, B230F Engine. Auto Trans.

What I noticed is that if I go down a bumpy road or hit a large bump in the road at the right speed and force, the engine will die. No dash lights go on.

While the car is still rolling, I put the car in neutral, turn the ignition off, then restart the car. It starts right up. I drop it back into drive and keep going.

This only happen ocasionally, again I need to hit the bump with the right speed and force. Usally at 15 to 30 mph. Sometime 40 mph.

I have 3 other 240's (all 1987's) and these cars will occassionally do the same thing.

QUESTION 1? What is happening?

QUESTION 2? How do I fix it?

Thanks
