Oil Leak B6304 900 1995

Found a large puddle of oil on garage floor as I was pulling in. I checked the oil and was almost a quart low. I know I had a slow leak which left small spots on the floor, but this spot was at least 1 1/2 feet in diameter. Belly pan and oil filter area dry. Under car inspection also revealed lots of oil blown back onto brace, oil pan, bellhousing.

Is this an indication of a blown rear main seal? If so, how many hours labor should I expect to pay?

Also there's some buildup of oil around flame trap breather box. I installed a new flame trap last year without the cone on advice on Volvo tech. Any advice in sealing this leak. I've heard it's fairly involved as the intake manifold needs to come off.

Thanks for any input and advice.
