poly torque rod bushings- right part? and any tips?

Installing is easy. It's removing the old bushings that's the hard part. If I were doing it with no special tools, I would cut/drill away as much of the ruber bushing as possible, then hacksaw through the outer metal sleeve and pry it out. Never done it, but I've watched. An air chisel works to knock the sleeves out too, once the center is gone.

The poly bushings will fit in by hand, then slide the metal sleeve through the center and bolt the torque rods back in. The flanges that the rod bolts to will hold the bushings in. They're not going anywhere.
