The whole point here is that there is no lumpy idle, no loss of low end power or torque. This is an engine indistinguishable from stock if you don't put your right foot down more than half way. Good power is achieved by proper matching of components, not by sticking in a long duration cam.

Part of matching things is matching the entire exhaust from exhaust valve to tip of the tail pipe. We use a 4 - 2- 1 header, with 2 1/2" collector, 2 1/2 inch mandrell bent tubing, one muffler and one resonator. The header is the same one we have been selling for several years.

Yes, it will work with high compression. The CR on the dyno chart posted was
9.75 - 1
