Help! Help! Tie rod end 200

I was putting my tie rod end back on after doing struts. I got it tightened down about 4 threads and then the spindle started spinning freely. I cant tighten it and I cant loosen it either. In the past the solution for this was to put some pressure under the tie rod end using a jack and they usually tighten up. But no way. I'm really stuck now. Anybody ever had this? Im wondering if I damaged the end when I knocked it loose. I used a suggestion from the board to unscrew the nut until it's flush with the tip of the bolt and then gently tap it. It came loose after a couple of hits. Please help so I can get going Thanks Phil
