In the US, later 740 Turbos (88 on ?) had lsd and all 700 and 900 from 92 (maybe 91 on). You can tell from the label on the rear left side of the axle, but they are usually gone or covered. FAQ I think has info.
You can also do the jack rear end turn the tire test.....
