Won't turn over 700 1990

Went out Sunday to start her it; she wouldn't turn over. Certainly seemed like a low battery (although not completely dead; ligts and radio came on). Jumped it, and it started right up. Let her run a few minutes tocharge the battery and shut her off. Yesterday, same deal. I jump her, and drive her over to the neighborhood Shell station for a battery test. They show that the battery is good, and there is water in all of the cells. Try to start it a couple of times and it starts right up, so I drive her home without a new battery. Today, try to start her, and she isn't turning over again. Any idea what in the world is going on? I had a full tune up done recently, have hardly driven it since. Weather has been cold the last few days.
