Who's Rebuilding Heater Blowers Now? Bill Cheb Vanished? 140-160

Greetings All!
The heater blower in my 71 164 has ceased to spin, so I need to know who's in the business of restoring these units. A few years ago, the name of Bill Cheb in Alberta kept popping-up, but the messages I've sent to have come back as non-deliverable. Can anybody recommend
someone else? All info appreciated.
