1991 740 Turbo Dipping Idle causes? 700 1991

Hello, this is a minor problem, but I think it's worthy of preventive trouble shooting.

The car starts and runs well, but idle frequently drops from 750 down to about 400, then bounces back without stalling. It has new plugs, air filter, repair air intake hose to turbo, fuel filter and passed the fuel pressure regulator test.

Does this indicate a need for throttle body cleaning or some other problem?
