Want to put Oil Pressure Gauge in 740 Turbo 700 1986

I just purchased a SunPro electronic oil pressure gauge that I want to install in my '86 740 turbo. Does anyone know where the existing pressure sensor is on the motor? Additionally, does anyone have any pointers or tips on this topic? Do I have to use a "T" and leave the idiot light hooked up? Thanks for any help!
