1981 240 Turbo for sale in North Carolina 200

I'm considering parting with my silver 1981 240 Turbo w/ 205k mi. It runs pretty good. The turbo is leaking some but is strong. A new clutch is in its future also. The body is structurally sound with a dent in the driver side rear quarter panel from a rearender. I'm located in Wilmington, NC. Is anyone interested? It would make a great restoration project, but may be a better parting out project.

Here's a brief list of what I've done to it (all completed in the last 18mos.):

New brakes all around
Rear shocks
New alternator w/ external reg.
New wires,plugs, distributor cap,rotor
New water pump (although one of the seals is leaking)
New tires on the front (rear are good) Zodiac mags
All accesories work (needs a sound system)
Cleaned the venturi on the turbo
Cleaned the OD solenoid
Replaced the flame arrestor
