Husher and other head related seals, shimming the VX 200

Gentlemen,

The top of the engine is soon to be outta hear in preparation for the new head gasket & VX install. I plan to replace every gasket & seal related to the project with freshies.

I was curious as to where to purchase the husher & valve stem seals... do I get them from my local Volvo dealer? Exactly what is it that I will need to recondition the head? I would like to purchase that in advance.

Also, if anyone could supply me with some information as to how far out, in general, the valve lash was when they did the VX install.
