I'm screwed!- thermostat housing stud/bolt broken 200

Hi
I'm in the midst of replacing my thermostat on my '89 245.
I managed to get the thermostat housing off, clean it off nice and put the thermostat back in. As I was torqueing the nuts back onto the bolts (to the proper 80 in-lb), one of the bolts/studs broke off at midpoint, taking the nut with it. Of course, none of the 7 of my local dealers carry the part :( Now my main problem is getting the broken stud/bolt out of the engine block that's been in for 15 years and 194,000 miles. Any suggestions for removing it??
Thanks!
Bill Boshnick
