Faulty IAC? 700 1990

I have a similar gap in mine but I do not experience fluxing idle which is temp dependant. However, I do have idle that is a little high all the time ie 900-1100 RPM which is rock solid according to the tach and is the same regardless of engine temp.

I am also very interested to hear what others have to say!!
